Mozart has donated his
painting “Sunshine Dayne” to Art for Life 2008, the
premier art event in Ohio, benefiting the Columbus AIDS Task Force.
Featuring over 50 local and national artists, Art for Life 2008 includes
both a live and silent auction of the donated works. The event was
held May 10, 2008 at Columbus City Center in downtown Columbus, Ohio.
In gratitude to Franklin
County Animal Shelter for saving his life, Mozart donated one of his paintings "Mo-ment
in TIme" to the
shelter. Shelter Director Lisa Wahoff accepted the painting from Mozart
on December 1, 2007 at his gallery opening.
Mozart auctioned a painting "Desert
Dane" on eBay
with the proceeds going to purchase items for a military group based out
of Ft. Riley, Kansas, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division,
1st Battalion, 4th Brigade, 1st Division Military Transition Team
stationed in Iraq. December 2007
