I was found laying along side a rural road in Brown County on Memorial Day. People driving by thought I was dead or injured but most just kept driving by me anyway. After a while a nice family stopped to see if I was okay and found that I was just tired and hungry. They took me to their home and then started trying to find my owners when that failed they contacted Harlequin Haven because the local animal shelter was closed for the holiday and they said I had to be taken somewhere that evening. I was brought to the rescue and the next morning the rescue contacted the shelter. No one was looking for me although several people had called the shelter about me laying along side of the road. After my stray time was served I was vetted and now I am ready for adoption!!

I am a very happy and healthy boy and would love a forever home!!!

Please can you spare a few dollars to help the Rescue continue to help me and other Danes like me it would be greatly  appreciated. Without the rescue who knows where we would have ended up!!
